Privacy information for injector test orders
Additional privacy information for injector test orders
This information supplements the shop's general privacy policy and describes processing specifically required for technical testing of submitted injectors and delivery of digital test reports.
1. Controller
M & C Autoteile GmbH, Bonner Straße 2, 53424 Remagen, Germany, Managing Director Mehmet Furkan Eyidogan. Contact: service@injectormarketing.de, +49 2228 2170160.
2. Order and test data
We process order and contact details, delivery and billing address, order number, booked scope, part numbers or injector codes, optional vehicle and engine data, previous tests or repairs, fault description, the recorded request for early performance, and shipping, receipt and processing status. Testing may add measurements, component photos required for identification, report number, result summary and the digital test report.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Processing is necessary to accept, identify, perform and document the order, communicate with the customer, provide the report securely, invoice and return the components. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Legally required records use Article 6(1)(c); security logs and legal claims may use our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
4. Recipients
Access is limited to staff and contracted providers who need it for order handling, shop operation, payment, shipping, hosting, private storage, email, IT security or customer service. Providers are engaged in accordance with legal requirements. Transfers outside the EEA use legally required safeguards; see the general privacy policy for further information.
5. Secure report
Report PDFs are not published as freely accessible shop files. Each report is assigned to its customer and order. Download requires the signed-in customer account and a short-lived signed URL. Access and administrative changes are logged for security and evidence. Do not share links or account credentials with unauthorised persons.
6. Retention
Order, accounting and communication data is kept for contract performance and applicable statutory periods. Technical order data and reports are retained only as needed for contractual evidence, customer service, potential claims and legally required documentation, then deleted or anonymised unless a legal duty or active case requires further retention.
7. Required data
Order, contact, assignment and fault details are required to accept and properly perform the service. Without them, clear processing or reporting may not be possible. Details marked optional may be omitted.
8. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection and may complain to a data protection authority. Our competent authority is generally the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Commissioner of Rhineland-Palatinate. Contact us using the details above.
9. No automated individual decision
We make no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects within the test order. Measurements are documented and professionally assessed within the commissioned test procedure.
